Parents' Association

As you may be aware the girls in 2nd class are making there First Communion this Saturday 12th May – The Parents Association is looking for volunteers to help on the day from 12-2pm with the Communion Breakfast that the PA Host in the Pastoral Centre immediately following the church service,  if you can provide finger food or help on the day please text Margaret Walshe directly on 087 922 8177.

A Uniform Exchange Day will take place in the school again this year Date to be decided.

The Hollypark Parents Association have adopted a new format with a view to keeping all parents informed and actively involved in the work of the Association. Each class in the school is represented on the committee by a class rep  who will keep you in touch with the Association and facilitate communication among the parents in the class.

Below please find a list of each individual Class Rep (please consult your class contact list for contact details), who will be;

• Attending Association committee meetings on your behalf and feeding back on issues of interest to you
• Coordinating help from the class parents for different events
• Organising nights out for the class parents
• Organising a class communications list
• Liaising between the committee and our class

Be sure to check regularly for updates on what events taking place in school.  Mrs Casey is also a regular blogger, so keep an eye on her page also.  Of course notes are always sent home in school bags too!  So please check your childs bag at least once a week.
